Technology Lead – Master Data Management (MDM)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MDM Technology Lead to drive end-to-end Master Data Management implementations and enhancements using platforms such as Reltio MDM, Semarchy MDM, Stibo MDM, and Informatica MDM.

The role involves designing scalable MDM solutions, establishing data governance practices, improving data quality, and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and trusted master data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support of MDM solutions.
• Define master data models, hierarchies, relationships, and survivorship rules to establish accurate golden records.
• Configure matching, merging, deduplication, and data quality rules.
• Design and implement integrations between MDM platforms and upstream/downstream systems.
• Collaborate with data owners, governance teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and workflows.
• Establish implementation standards, monitor MDM processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Mentor developers and analysts, conduct design reviews, and ensure delivery quality.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with one or more MDM platforms: Reltio, Semarchy, Stibo, or Informatica MDM.
• Experience in MDM implementation, configuration, integration, and enhancement.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, match/merge, deduplication, survivorship, and golden records.
• Knowledge of data governance, stewardship workflows, and data quality management.
• Experience in stakeholder management, technical leadership, and team mentoring.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc.
