Job Description

Proven experience as a Full Stack Tech lead.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React are plus.
Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Experience with AI development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Devin, Claude Code, Windsurf, Amazon Q.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, skills.
Development of scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular/React.
Define and enforce best practices across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Integrate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Amazon Q, Devin, Claude Code,) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.
Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
Mentor development teams and teach new ways of working with AI powered tools
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
