Job Purpose
As a Technology Lead at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for leading the Engineering team and driving the development and integration of Microservices for our new age banking solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement APIs that enhance our customer experience and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement APIs for new age banking solutions.
- Must have experience in software development and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of API development and integration
- Experience in leading a team of developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of API projects.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in API development and integration.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
