A Technology Lead working directly with the founders on high-stakes technical challenges. You'll move between AI products, system architecture, infrastructure, and integrations, whatever the moment demands.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered products that integrate LLMs, build intelligent features, and figure out where AI creates real value.
- Own technical strategy from early prototypes to production systems, across internal and external projects.
- Ship fast and iterate MVPs over perfect architecture, learn in-market.
- Move across the stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure, integrations.
- Make smart technical bets, choose the right tools, frameworks, and approaches for each problem.
- Collaborate with design work closely with the Design Lead to bring product concepts to life.
Requirements
- Experience Level: 3+ years across full-stack development, AI products, and system architecture.
- Educational Background: Degree in computer science, engineering, or related (or equivalent experience.
- AI Development: Building with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI product patterns.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Frontend, backend, APIs, databases. Comfortable across the stack.
- System Architecture: Designing systems that are right for the moment. Knowing when to shortcut and when to scale.
- Rapid Prototyping: Turning ideas into working software quickly. MVPs that validate.
- Infrastructure: Deployment, DevOps, cloud platforms. Shipping to production.
- Integrations: APIs, third-party services, connecting systems.
Required Tools
- Proficiency in modern development tools and AI-native workflows, such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Vercel, Supabase, Replit, and similar.
