We are hiring for a Technology Engineer for STL with a minimum 2 years of experience post B.Tech in Electrical:
- Candidate should work as the project leader for the NPD in the Copper LAN Cable function
- Understanding of MRD and preparing the PRD against the MRD
- Tool Design, plan and execute the development trials, Machine knowledge and understanding of the process
- Plan for the required RM for the project, Generating the Material requisitions in SAP, Material handling and accounting during the NPD Project
- Do the FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and generate new ideas through brainstorming sessions, do the Root Cause analysis
- Coordinating with the CFT for the Dev trials & product testing, summarizing the results
- Dev trials results data analysis for cable's high frequency transmission and do the correlation study between various inputs and output parameters of the product
- Machine hours planning and maintaining the project's milestone summary sheet
- Present the project update to the top management as and when required
- Working closely with the IP Team for IP Risk analysis and filing new patents
- Write and publish the white papers for the technical study carried out during the product development
- Good hands on of the extrusion process from cabling industry will be added advantage
- Good in communication and presentation skills
