We are seeking a highly skilled
Technology Engineer with strong expertise in
DevOps, CI/CD, and Big Data platforms to join our Technology Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure and data solutions while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Requirements
DevOps & CI/CD
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitOps
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve release efficiency
- Ensure seamless integration of development and operations workflows
Containerization & Orchestration
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of container platforms
- Optimize cluster performance and resource utilization
Infrastructure Management
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible
- Manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure environments efficiently
- Automate provisioning and configuration management
Big Data Engineering
- Architect and implement big data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
- Build scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
- Ensure efficient data storage, processing, and retrieval
Distributed Systems
- Design and manage distributed data architectures
- Ensure fault tolerance, scalability, and high performance of systems
Collaboration
- Work closely with development, operations, and data teams
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support cross-functional initiatives and deployments
Monitoring & Optimization
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, ELK)
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks
Security & Compliance
- Ensure infrastructure and data solutions follow security best practices
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Implement secure DevOps practices (DevSecOps)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Experience with Jenkins, GitOps workflows
- Proficiency in Terraform / Ansible (IaC tools)
- Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
- Experience in distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging frameworks
- Good understanding of security and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or financial services domain
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Certifications in Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud technologies
Experience Required
- 4-8+ years of relevant experience in DevOps and Data Engineering
