Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience in developing training materials and assessments.
- Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Familiarity with various learning management systems and digital training tools.
