Additionally, the Technology Educator collaborates in designing course materials and assessment tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of educational content. This position plays a vital role in fostering a learning environment that supports skill development and career advancement within the technology sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and refine training materials to reflect the latest technological advancements.
• Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate their growth and understanding of technology concepts.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements based on learner feedback and industry trends.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance in development and production environments.
