Simplify complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content for both technical and non-technical readers.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to gather accurate information and translate it into compelling narratives.
Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing across platforms (blog, social media, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Write blog posts, articles, product explainers, scripts, newsletters, and social media copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
Stay updated on emerging tech trends, tools, and competitor content to keep the brand's voice relevant and current.
Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement, using data and analytics to refine content strategy.
Work with design and video teams (or independently) to produce supporting visuals, graphics, or short-form videos when needed.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form snippets for platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Monitor content performance metrics and iterate based on audience feedback and engagement data.
Maintain brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all content touchpoints.
Coordinate with external contributors, freelancers, or agencies when required.
Qualifications
2 5 years of experience creating content specifically within the technology or SaaS space (e.g., gadgets, software, AI, startups, developer tools, etc.).
Proven portfolio of published tech-related content (blogs, articles, videos, or social media campaigns).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for varied audiences.
Familiarity with content platforms and tools such as WordPress, Notion, Canva, or basic video editing software.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar).
Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills, capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
