Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve system performance. - Experience in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology consulting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
