  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and recommend enhancements to improve team productivity and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to effectively manage change initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change strategies within complex organizational structures.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement related to change adoption.
  • Competence in risk assessment and mitigation planning to support smooth transitions during change.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote awareness and acceptance of change.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
