- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in managing and optimizing Oracle Financials modules to support business processes.
