As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves advising and leading critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active engagement in high-impact activities that influence the design, implementation, and optimization of IT systems. The practitioner collaborates closely with various stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and support to enhance the overall IT function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering value through innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to inform project decisions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
