What you'll do

• Maintain production calendars.
• Track every project from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate writers, creators, editors and producers.
• Manage deadlines and dependencies.
• Track client feedback and revisions.
• Maintain asset/version control.
• Flag delays before they become problems.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous productions.
• Maintain production dashboards and reports.
• Ensure final deliverables reach the client on schedule.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years in creative production, advertising, media or project management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
• Experience with project-management tools.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Calm under pressure.
