What you'll do

• Develop original concepts from client briefs.
• Define visual style, tone, characters and storytelling approach.
• Direct AI filmmaking and creative execution.
• Create treatments, references, storyboards and visual directions.
• Work with writers, AI filmmakers and editors.
• Present creative concepts to clients.
• Establish quality standards for AI-generated content.
• Ensure character, environment and visual continuity.
• Push the team to experiment with new AI filmmaking techniques.
• Review and approve final creative output.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 6–10+ years in film, advertising, OTT, animation, VFX or digital content.
• Strong visual storytelling and cinematography knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement and editing.
• Strong portfolio.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to execution.
• Experience presenting creative work to clients is highly desirable.
