About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant


In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
  • Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
  • Present recommendations for resolving business problems
  • Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
  • Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
  • Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of business execution, technology/business systems analysis, testing coordination, project management, or business operations within financial services, or a combination of work experience.


Job Expectations:

  • Experience in testing coordination and governance, business analysis and requirements documentation, and/or project delivery.
  • Prior experience of leading UAT teams and managing time‑sensitive testing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in Selenium and Playwright
  • Effective facilitation skills for large, cross‑functional sessions with the ability to drive outcomes within defined scope and timelines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of Payments, ACH, Instant Payments, and Treasury Management products and operating models.
  • Proficiency with Jira Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint working knowledge of SharePoint basic familiarity with Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with change management and operational readiness practices.
  • Willingness to explore and experiment with AI‑driven quality engineering solutions, including:
  • Integrating emerging AI capabilities into testing strategies and automation frameworks

    Exposure to AI‑assisted automation using Copilot, OpenAI‑based agents, or similar platforms

    Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, and multi‑step task execution

  • Ability to track and analyze test outcomes, ensuring comprehensive scenario coverage.
  • Demonstrated accountability for Jira dashboards and deliverable closure.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience mentoring team members or leading QA efforts within projects.
