Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technology Business Analyst based in Ahmedabad. The Technology Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, developing business processes, and creating detailed documentation. The individual will conduct data analysis to support business decisions and ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders
• Proficiency in understanding and defining Business Processes
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements effectively
• Advanced proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Experience in the recruitment industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
