The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT controls, SOX, SOC reporting, and PCAOB audits, along with a proven track record of managing teams and client relationships.

- SOC 1 / SOC 2 reporting

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT audit and assurance engagements for international/onshore clients
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onshore stakeholders
- Execute SOX and PCAOB audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Review and assess ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reporting frameworks
- Track quality metrics, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with recruitment and L&D teams for hiring and training needs
