About the Role
We are seeking a Technology Architect who will act as the consulting and solution partner for our customers. This individual will engage in both current setups and new projects, providing strategic technology guidance while also being hands-on in designing and delivering solutions. The role emphasizes application development with an AI-driven approach, ensuring that modern applications leverage AI/ML for innovation, automation, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted consultant to customers, understanding their business challenges and technology landscape.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across multiple technologies, with focus on application development and AI integration.
- Evaluate current setups, identify gaps, and propose scalable, future-ready solutions.
- Lead the design and development of applications (web, mobile, enterprise) with AI/ML components.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, frameworks, and tools and advise customers on AI adoption strategies.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance in all solution designs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture and application development.
- Strong expertise in software engineering and full-stack application development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
- Strong understanding of AI-driven application patterns (intelligent assistants, chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, computer vision, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern application architectures: microservices, serverless, API-first, containerization.
- Strong client-facing consulting and solutioning skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and presentations with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data engineering pipelines and integrating AI models into production applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and legacy modernization.
- Experience in multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
