Technology Leader with proven experience in Principal Architect and Tech Leadership roles. Strong background in enterprise application architecture, microservices, cloudnative design, database engineering, system integration, and distributed systems. Experienced in driving largescale delivery programs, innovation initiatives, and enterprise IT strategy. Adept at Design Thinking, System Thinking, and leading agile teams of 100+ members.

Architecture & Design:

Microservices, SOA, nTier Architecture, Enterprise Integration, Distributed Systems, API Design & Management

Technologies:

Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API, Angular, ExtJS, Node.js, Python

Cloud Platforms:

AWS & Azure (good understanding of cloud services & deployment models)

Data & DB:

Database Design, Optimization, Big Data Concepts, Data Strategy, ML concepts (highlevel)

Other Areas:

Performance tuning, system/code analysis, software reliability, security, automation, usability improvement

Leadership Skills

• Led large agile teams (100+ members) in enterprise delivery
• Proven experience in IT Director / Technology Leadership roles
• Strong in budgeting, planning, and technology program governance
• Experienced in driving PoCs, innovation labs, and solution accelerators

Communication & Client Management

• Ability to simplify complex technology concepts
• Strong clientfacing communication and requirementgathering capability
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
