Responsibilities :
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance customer experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Development techniques to optimize functionality and performance.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Oversee the deployment and testing of Salesforce solutions ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure high availability and performance.
Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to ensure solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables ensuring successful project execution.
Utilize domain skills in IT business support and engineering design to enhance solution effectiveness and efficiency.
Ensure solutions are designed with scalability and future growth in mind supporting long-term business objectives.
Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce solutions. Qualifications -
Extensive experience in SFDC Data Integration Development and Customization is required.
Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud is essential for enhancing customer engagement.
Domain skills in IT business support and engineering design are highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for effective solution design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial for success.
