Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide guidance on best practices, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation phase. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technological landscape of the organization, driving innovation, and ensuring that the architecture is robust and future-proof. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on architectural decisions. - Mentor junior professionals in architectural best practices and design principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems. - Experience in E2E implementation of at least 2 Insurance solutions as Tech Architect. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
