• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
• Strong expertise in database management, performance tuning, and system optimization within SAP HANA environments.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-availability database architectures to support enterprise applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies specific to SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to database administration.
