Summary: As an SAP HCM Lead and Architect, You will design and deliver technology architecture for large and complex SAP Transformational projects engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and apply them effectively to enhance the overall architecture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in architectural best practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of technology architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience with system integration and data migration strategies. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15-year full-time education is required. - Should be flexible to travel on deputation for projects, 15 years full time education
