Summary: As an SAP ABAP development lead and Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for large and complex SAP Transformational projects engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and apply them effectively to enhance the overall architecture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in SAP ABAP Development leading the Technical Track of large and complex engagements - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: High Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with SAP Rise and BTP. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15-year full-time education is required. - Should be flexible to travel on deputation for projects, 15 years full time education
