Job Summary :-- We are looking for an experienced Micro serves and light weight Technical Architect(with must have Java/Spring boot knowledge and experience) to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves defining architecture standards, guiding development teams, ensuring solutions align with business goals, security standards, modern software engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities :-- -Access existing system configuration and infrastructure to confirm it meets the current application non functional requirements - Design end-to-end application architecture using SpringBoot/Java and related frameworks - Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices - Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions - Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams - Design and implement microservices-based and/or monolithic architectures - Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security - Collaborate with DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and product teams - Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies - Oversee integration with external systems and APIs - Mentor developers and support technical skill development - Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices - Strong expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring / Spring Boot - Experience designing RESTful and event-driven architectures - Solid understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Postgresql - Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API design - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins) - Strong understanding of application security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, SSL, etc.) - Experience in designing, triaging issues in AWS microservices using Kubernetes - Experience in analyzing issues reported in JaCoCo and Cobetura - Enforce and guide team to follow best practices in development lifecycle Key Skills & Competencies :-- - Strong system design and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Leadership and mentoring mindset - Ability to balance hands-on development with architectural oversight - Strategic thinking with attention to detail, 15 years full time education
