Summary:

Process Advisor role will own the end-to-end process architecture, operating model design, process excellence and market positioning for process transformation and excellence offerings. This role governs what to design and how to design it (including AI & automation as embedded enablers) for clients. This role is accountable for delivery excellence, client relationship management, solution quality, and team development, while driving business growth through proposals, innovation, and thought leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide design authority and architectural oversight for all client process transformation and process excellence engagements

Define the enterprise-level current-state and future-state process architecture across business functions.

Translate process diagnostics and improvement ideas from into scalable, standardized operating models (TOMs).

Ensure digital, AI, agentic, and automation enablers are embedded at a process design levelnot as isolated technology solutions.

Lead the definition of transformation roadmaps and business cases at an enterprise and multi-year scale.

Establish process architecture standards, modeling conventions, design principles, and reference process models for the firm.

Govern the quality of process designs, optimization recommendations, and future-state blueprints produced by delivery teams.

Define process-led KPI frameworks, benefits realization models, and performance measurement approaches.

Ensure governance, exception handling, controls, and human-in-the-loop designs are built into all future-state process architectures.

Act as the primary escalation and design review authority for complex client transformation programs.

Key contributor to the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Process Transformation and Process excellence offerings, including service packaging and value propositions.

Lead solution positioning and deal shaping for large process transformation/process excellence pursuits.

Partner with Sales on pipeline creation, account mining, and strategic opportunity qualification.

Drive proposal leadership, defining solution approach, architecture scope, and transformation narrative.

Position the firm s process transformation/process excellence capability with embedded AI and automation as a market differentiator.

Build and govern the firm s process transformation and excellence IP, including playbooks, frameworks, accelerators, and industry-specific models.

Lead thought leadership through whitepapers, POVs, webinars, and client transformation narratives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Provided advisory and implementation expertise to clients including use case and business case development for advanced technologies.

Experience and competence in building a consulting tool kit

Experience in delivering process improvement and / or process analysis initiatives

Demonstrable experience of delivering business cases or financially viable business cases based to deliver Process Transformation

Knowledge and exposure of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce)

Expertise in multiple Business Functions and common industry specific process-related challenges (such as Finance and Procurement, e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, AP/AR, Finance, HR, Mortgages, Claims).

Experience leading high performing teams

Applicable work experience in a consulting, finance / accounting, IT/operations or contact center environment

Excellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentation skills

Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships

Advanced intellectual & learning skills like problem solving, mentoring, conceptual thinking, being analytical, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.

Leading-edge communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

  • 10-12 years of experience working in management consulting, digital transformation and / or process consulting

Experience of VRO and value delivery in the field of Process Mining will be added benefit

Expertise in process management methodologies like BPM, Lean Six sigma etc.

Expertise in industry/function domain

Experience in AI and Gen AI fundamentals

Understanding of Agentic AI architectures, 15 years full time education
