The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, ensuring that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and adaptability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance system architecture.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of architectural standards and practices.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with MongoDB (Platform), Infor Birst.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural decisions and implementations.
