Summary:

As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to integrating various technological components, collaborating with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals, and continuously refining designs to meet evolving needs. The Technology Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation that supports long-term success and innovation within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational objectives.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and integration of MES systems within enterprise environments.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures for manufacturing platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
• Familiarity with system integration, data flow, and interoperability between MES and other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to improve manufacturing operations.

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
