This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The Technology Architect collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs within the project scope.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Salesforce.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platform-as-a-service models relevant to Salesforce.
