Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and middleware technologies related to contact center solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment models relevant to contact center environments.
