As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and provide a solid foundation for future growth and innovation. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate architectural components seamlessly is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their integration within ServiceNow ITOM.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance ITOM solutions that support complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their interaction with ITOM tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to IT operations and monitoring.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
