The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals while fostering seamless integration and robust system functionality across various environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote continuous learning.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of platform integration and customization capabilities.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based service delivery models and their application in human resource management.
