As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to creating robust frameworks that support evolving business needs while ensuring seamless integration and long-term sustainability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align architectural vision with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural strategies to meet dynamic requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development methodologies.
