Summary:

As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to technology design, balancing innovation with practical implementation to meet evolving business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align architectural solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to support long-term success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within complex technology environments.
• Ability to analyze and resolve architectural challenges while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
