Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding of architectural goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within complex technology environments.
• Ability to analyze and resolve architectural challenges while maintaining system integrity and security.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
