You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions that enhance the overall technology landscape.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.
• Experience with system integration and API management.
• Ability to design scalable and high-performance architectures.
