As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient workflows within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in service management.
