Position Title: Technology and Business Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.Website Management:

oMaintaining and managing our existing website built on Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.

oEnsuring website performance, security, and speed.

oAdding new features, making design changes, and updating content as required.

2.AI Operations:

oUsing and communicating with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate and improve various business functions.

3.Data Analysis and Reporting:

Organizing and analysing data using advanced MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).

oCreating interactive dashboards and reports using Looker (or an equivalent BI tool) to track business performance.

4.Accounting and Operations:

oHaving a good understanding of Tally software and assisting in financial data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

oStrong practical experience in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.

oGood understanding of website deployment and management.

Analytical Skills:

oProficiency in advanced MS Excel.

oExperience with any Business Intelligence (BI) tool like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Other Skills:

oGood knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime (will be given preference).

oEagerness and ability to work with AI tools.

oExcellent problem-solving skills.

oAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
