Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Develop responsive email templates using HTML CSS AMPscript and Server Side JavaScript SSJS
• Configure and manage Email Studio Automation Studio Journey Builder Mobile Studio and Contact Builder
• Create automations for data imports exports segmentation and campaign execution
• Develop audience segmentation using SQL queries and Data Extensions
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM external applications and third party platforms using APIs
• Monitor campaign performance troubleshoot issues and optimize deliverability
• Implement personalization dynamic content and triggered communications
• Collaborate with marketing teams business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver customer engagement solutions
• Required Skills
• Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC
• Expertise in Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio and Contact Builder
• Experience in AMPscript SSJS HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Extensions
• Experience with Triggered Sends Transactional Messaging and Dynamic Content
• Knowledge of REST APIs SOAP APIs and SFMC Integrations
• Experience with audience segmentation personalization and campaign automation
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability
• Familiarity with Git CI CD processes and Agile methodologies
• Preferred Skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud CDP
• Experience with MobilePush SMS WhatsApp and Mobile Studio
• Understanding of Customer 360 and omnichannel marketing strategies
• Experience with CRM integrations and customer analytics
