Technology analyst

Responsibilities :

Solution Ownership

Own JIVS Archiving solutions across SAP/S4 HANA landscapes.

Lead design and implementation of custom archiving and retrieval solutions.

Evaluate new SAP transactions and define archival strategies.

Drive application modernization, upgrades, and migration initiatives. Technical Leadership

Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Provide guidance on JIVS architecture, integrations, and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews.

Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives. Application Support & Operations

Lead L2/L3 support activities and critical incident resolution.

Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.

Ensure SLA, KPI, and operational compliance.

Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvement. Database & Infrastructure Management

Design and optimize complex SQL queries and reporting solutions.

Lead database performance tuning, indexing strategies, and patch management.

Support infrastructure components including Tomcat, Apache, and Azure-hosted environments.
