Job Description

Responsibilities

Deploy AI agents and workflows for enterprise customers.
Customize AI solutions based on customer needs and feedback.
Translate business problems into technical solutions.
Work with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.
Lead a small engineering team for customer deployments.
Balance hands-on development with team and stakeholder management.
Track customer KPIs and drive measurable business outcomes.
Support pilots and help expand customer adoption.
Shape best practices for enterprise AI deployments.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting.
Business/Technology Consulting experience.
Experience with LLMs, AI copilots, assistants, or workflow automation.
Understanding of AI systems in production environments.
Strong product and business thinking.
Experience managing engineers or leading small teams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
