Job Description
We are seeking a Technologist Engineer to join our innovative telecommunications team. The role includes:
- Manage PCB/PCBA areas for all technological aspects across Ceragon products.
- Approve and implement new technologies for PCB fabrication and assembly.
- Implement DFM analysis to support PCB manufacturability and provide feedback to design teams.
- Choose and qualify PCB suppliers to meet Ceragon technology requirements.
- Provide technical support to PCB suppliers for process optimization and yield improvement.
- Provide technical support to all PCBA subcontractors, including audits and troubleshooting.
- Lead PCB failure analysis as part of RMA activities, driving root cause and corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain Ceragon's PCB library (footprints, symbols, 3D models).
- Oversee materials qualification, including soldering materials, adhesives, and cleaning processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in PCB process engineering or equivalent role in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong independent work abilities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier management.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
