As a Technologist/Assembly Operator- ES , your mission is to Ensure to produce high quality non - standard machines within the mentioned time frame ensuring and following safe working processes .
- Work on various defined assembly areas / products as per the instructions.
- Work on non - standard jobs as per the instructions.
- Raise issues with assembly/fitment and quality on timely basis.
- Should give suggestion in improving assembly/fitment and quality on timely basis.
- Shall be able to handle non - standard assemblies efficiently
- Should be able to work as per systems culture.
- Shall be willing to handle huge and highly non - standard jobs.
- Should work in close co ordination with stores / logistics / testing for completion of jobs.
- Follow all safety norms and use of PPE as per the company instructions
- Should raise material requirement notes if required to stores and standard line.
- Shall maintain 5S and take full responsibility of maintaining the same in EngineeredSolutions assembly area.
- Should be able to implement all lessons learnt, and propose the Kaizens

Education
- ITI / Diploma with apprentice ship
Experience
0 -2 years of industrial experience ( Shall have hands on working with non - standard assemblies and Products such as Dryers, NGP, ZR,ZT, G, GPP, AIH filters skids etc)
Knowledge
- Knowledge of tools and tackles used in assembly process.
- Basic knowledge of assembly processes and methods.
- Read and understand English.
Personality
- Should be willing to work as per Atlas Copco Standards.
- Work as per EngineeredSolutions work environment.
- Shall have positive attitude for timely completion of assembly work with projects timeline.
- Should have self - motivation for maintaining cleanliness and 5S on shop floor.
- Should be able to collaborate with others and contribute to maintain team spirit.
