Role Description
Techno Sales Specialist- Understand the Ecosystem of the Line of Business or Industry
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the industry's operations, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify key stakeholders, market drivers, and regulatory frameworks.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and their impact on the industry.
- Analyze Industry Pain Points & Ideal Solutions
- Identify the major challenges and inefficiencies faced by businesses within the industry.
- Map these pain points to technological and service-based solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address industry needs.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Identify and approach potential clients within the targeted industry.
- Understand customer requirements through consultations and technical discussions.
- Position the company's products/services as the optimal solution for the customer's challenges.
- Product Curation & Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the Placement & Underwriting Team to customize products and services.
- Ensure the solution aligns with customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Support the pricing, risk assessment, and product finalization process.
- Technical Sales & Solution Demonstration
- Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of the product's capabilities.
- Address technical queries and provide insights into how the solution benefits the customer.
- Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) development if required.
- Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop a go-to-market strategy based on industry insights and customer feedback.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand business potential.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Learning & Market Intelligence
- Keep up with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from customers and industry experts to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Participate in industry events, forums, and training sessions to stay ahead in the market.
