Techno Sales Executive

Jaiban Organics (India) Pvt Ltd specializes in manufacturing high-quality construction and boiler water chemicals, including aluminium shuttering cleaning agents, floor cleaners, and Mivan shuttering cleaning chemicals such as Katharos-AL-301 and Kleetol-S-101. This is a full-time, on-site position for a Techno Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Techno Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing new customer relationships, promoting products such as aluminium shuttering and boiler water chemicals, and providing technical expertise to clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, creating marketing strategies, conducting product presentations, attending client meetings, and achieving defined sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Proven ability in Sales and Marketing, including identifying leads, pitching products, and meeting revenue targets
• Technical knowledge of construction chemicals and industrial chemical products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and present complex technical concepts
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction or chemical industry is preferred but not required
