Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into functional specifications.
Work on end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
Understand existing PLM landscape and propose innovative Teamcenter solutions for business challenges.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), solution architecture, workflows, and business process documentation.
Design and implement complex business processes in Teamcenter to meet cross-functional business requirements.
Coordinate with technical/development teams for customization, integration, and implementation activities.
Define test scenarios, validate implemented solutions, perform UAT support, and ensure quality deliverables.
Handle deployment activities and provide post-production support including issue analysis and root cause analysis (RCA).
Work on Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Classification, Document Management, and Access Control.
Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in solutioning discussions and provide functional recommendations aligned with PLM best practices.
Support system enhancements, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards and processes.
Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and support during project rollout phases.
