We are looking for a Techno-Functional Manager who brings a strong blend of technical expertise and project management capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who can contribute to development efforts while also leading projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
You will act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, efficiently executed, and aligned with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to system design, architecture, and hands-on development when required
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timelines, and quality standards
- SLA Management: Define, monitor, and ensure adherence to service level agreements across projects
- Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
- Team Coordination: Work closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Requirement Management: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Delivery Oversight: Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Code and Quality Review: Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in software development with hands-on coding background
- Preferably full stack development expertise
- Good understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable applications
- Proven experience in project management and team handling
- Experience in managing SLAs and client-facing engagements
- Familiarity with Agile or similar development methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
