Techno Functional Manager

We are looking for someone with minimum 9 Years of experience for the Techno Functional Manager role.

1. Proven experience in delivering at least one data warehouse/data lake/large-scale data modernization program for a banking client.
2. Strong functional understanding of banking systems, departments, and stakeholders.
3. Exposure to how the banking value chain can leverage AI/ML/Agentic solutions for transformation.
4. Excellent stakeholder management ability to independently engage with CXOs, demonstrating both functional and technical competence.
5. Solid understanding of data concepts with capability to play the role of a data architect.
6. Strong program management expertise this is a large transformation program, not a typical project manager role, and requires close collaboration with SA leadership.
7. Willingness to be based in South Africa for 34 months at a stretch, with a 2-year program duration.

Preferred : Data Warehouse Solution, Data Modernization, Banking Domain, Strong Exposure AIML Agents for data transformations, Good communication.
