Role Overview:

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Lead with strong full stack expertise and domain knowledge in fintech and digital financial services. The role requires a balanced mix of technical leadership and functional understanding, enabling effective translation of business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across web (React), mobile (Flutter), and backend (Java Spring Boot) platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, translating functional requirements into technical solutions.

• Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for fintech applications across web and mobile platforms.

• Drive development using React (Web), Flutter (Mobile), and Java Spring Boot (Backend).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, workflows, and system requirements (payments, lending, onboarding, etc.).

• Ensure alignment with fintech regulations and compliance standards (KYC, AML, data security).

• Design and review APIs, microservices, and integration layers with external financial systems (payment gateways, banking APIs).

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization.

• Lead UAT support, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.

• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in: 

o Frontend (Web): React.js 

o Mobile: Flutter 

o Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices 

• Solid understanding of fintech and digital financial services domain: 

o Payments (UPI, wallets, gateways) 

o Customer onboarding, KYC/AML 

o Lending or financial transaction systems 

• Experience in RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. 

• Knowledge of secure application development and data protection. 

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ). 

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD practices. 

• Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL). 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech platforms.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS).

• Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Experience in handling client interactions and stakeholder management.
